Before I became a cringy anime weeaboo, my first official nerdy love was Greek mythology. I loved the tales about gods, superhumans, and even regular people running around and getting into all kinds of shenanigans. It was also cool to see how an ancient culture expressed itself; communicating what they admired and valued through story telling.
